By purchasing a ticket and attending SIM Industry Connect, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by SIM Industry Connect.

• Each ticket provides access only to the tier and experiences explicitly stated (Core Access Pass or Summit Circle Experience).

2. Event Participation

• SIM Industry Connect reserves the right to make changes to the event format, schedule, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.

• Disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

3. Privacy & Communications

• Your contact information may be used by SIM Industry Connect and Leadvance Group to communicate important event updates, networking opportunities, and future offerings.

• We respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without consent.

4. Liability Waiver

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance and participation in SIM Industry Connect.

• SIM Industry Connect, Leadvance Group, its partners, and vendors are not liable for any personal injury, illness, lost or stolen items, or other damages incurred at or related to the event.

5. Code of Conduct

• SIM Industry Connect is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.

6. Media Consent & Use of Personal Likeness

• By attending SIM Industry Connect, you authorize Leadvance Group, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, media collaborators, and authorized third parties to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture your name, image, voice, likeness, and statements (“Your Likeness”) during the event. You also grant the right to use these materials (“Materials”) in any format or media now known or hereafter developed—including but not limited to print, audio, video, digital, web, and social platforms—for promotional, marketing, editorial, educational, and commercial purposes.

You understand and agree that:

• SIM Industry Connect and its affiliates are the sole and exclusive owners of the rights to the Materials, including all copyrights.

• You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use or edit of any Materials.

• You release SIM Industry Connect, Leadvance Group, and associated parties from any claims related to the use of Your Likeness, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation.

• You will not receive any financial compensation for the use of Your Likeness, and participation does not guarantee inclusion in any published content.

• This release is valid globally and in perpetuity.

7. Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If the event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., weather events, public health emergencies, or venue restrictions), the organizers will communicate next steps and make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

Return Policy

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
